CANCELATION POLICY
• Your appointments are of high importance to me, and I understand that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments.
• A cancelation or rescheduling of any appointment requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. If cancelling within the 24 hour window of your appointment, a $25 fee will be required to be paid prior to rebooking. The first occurrence I will waive the fee, because things happen I get it.
missed appointments
• Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no shows will be required to pay 50% of the service scheduled before rebooking.
• I will send you a text 5 minutes past the scheduled appointment time to check in.
• The first occurrence I will waive the fee. After three no call no shows you are not allowed to book with me anymore.
late arrivals
• Your massage starts at the time of the booking. I ask that you arrive a couple minutes early so that we can have our intake talk and time for you to truly get settled. The appointment will be canceled if you are 15 or more minutes late, and will be considered a "no show" and treated as a missed appointment.
Please just communicate
• I try my best to be very easy to work with, all I ask for is communication. Think you might be a couple minutes late because of something that's out of your control? Just text me and we'll figure it out. I completely understand that life just hits out of no where and will always do my best to work with you. I would much rather you over communicate with me than no communication at all, I promise you won't annoy me with that.
